Sharing complete site and load information early helps us coordinate dispatch and reduce avoidable delays.

Before Dispatch

Before a crane is sent, we confirm the location, work scope, schedule, access, and agreed terms. The site should be ready for safe entry and lifting work when the crane arrives. Delays caused by traffic, weather, site access, or changing requirements can affect the schedule.

After the work, we may keep quotation, work-log, invoice, and payment records. These records help both teams check the service provided and handle billing questions clearly.

If a site condition changes, contact us promptly so we can review the plan and confirm whether the dispatch time or crane requirement must change.
